• Return shipping costs: Shipping costs for returns are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
• Return address: Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging exclusively to: Sicilian Soul, via Amico Valenti 125, 93100 Caltanissetta, Italy.
• Personalized Products: The right of withdrawal does not apply under any circumstances to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., items with custom text, names, or graphic modifications requested by the customer). For these items, returns CANNOT be accepted.
• Returns sent directly to our printing partner facilities will not be accepted.
